Product Specification

Offering a well fabricated and engineered series of Comminuting Mill Machines. In these machines, the beaters assembly bearings are in separate pillow blocks for easy maintenance. The G.M.P. point of view machine is fitted with S. S. cladding on base, S. S. belt guards, and S. S. cover on motor. These are recommended for certain processes where it is required to achieve a higher size reduction ratio, and hence finer particles, in a single pass through the mill.

Other details:

No exposed painted surface on top of the machine
Motor rails, screw and guide rods are chrome plated
Low down time as only beaters assembly has to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice-versa which can be done by single operator
Fixed beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply, which augments the output by 10% and reduces noise level to 30%. It also eases to clean as there are no cavities. (If product demands, swing beaters assembly can be provided)
Beaters and shaft are of stainless steel 410 quality and beaters are further hardened and chrome plated. Beaters are fitted on a splined shaft
Transmission of heat to the chamber from bearings is minimum as these are away in separate pillow blocks. This helps in processing of heat sensitive products to some extent
Dynamic balance of beaters assembly reduces vibration and noise level and increases bearings life
Castors provided for mobility and breaks
Machine is offered in plain or water-jacketed models. Flame proof electrical can be provided on demand at extra cost
